Description
We’re a young Edtech start-up based in Shoreditch that wants to transform the way people apply to university. We’re looking for a naturally highly motivated, creative and skilled Digital Marketing Analyst Apprentice. The right candidate will be extremely organised and analytical with great English and Maths skills.
Under the supervision, training and guidance of the marketing manager, you will:
- Help the campaigns team to set up and monitor clients’ campaign activities - including email marketing, SMS, and push notifications.
- Content writing and proofreading creative copy.
- Set up and monitor social media campaigns for client campaigns.
- Analyse campaign data to identify the best approach to improving campaign performance.
- Track data analytics and monitor the performance of campaigns on a daily basis using platforms such as Google Workspace.
- Support the Marketing Manager and the wider team with new projects and other ad-hoc activities when required.
- Work collaboratively with the Service team and Sales team when running the campaigns.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign performance.
- Create end-of-campaign reports and share them with the wider team.
English and Maths GCSE or equivalent grade 4-9 is essential
Training to be provided
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x 1 day per month at Richmond Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
- Work towards gaining a full Level 3 Digital Marketing Standard
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities.
- Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours.
- Standard and End Point Assessment.
- Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required).
- Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
- Will have a creative flair and like smart and data-led design
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance.
- A passion for creating change and will like the idea of working in a high-growth start-up
- Be able to travel to work in the city of London 2 days per week
- Freethinker that doesn’t mind putting ideas forward
