We are state-of-the-art and modern dental practice located in the heart of Wimpole Street.
We’re looking for a Social Media and Content Manager to lead the various brands’ social media strategy to increase awareness, sales, and build an online community for each brand.
Reporting to the Practice manager, you will create content that promote our brands and drive sales of services.
Key responsibilities:
- Content strategy: Develop and implement the brands’ social media and video strategy, managing campaigns across teams and leading a collaborative, audience led, multi-channel approach.
- Content planning: You will plan content aligned to each brand’s calendar that will engage, educate and entertain our target audiences.
- Content creation: You will lead the team and work with key colleagues across the department and to develop engaging content to be distributed across multiple channels.
- Monitoring and community engagement: You will be responsible for the management of the brands’ social media channels to engage with our target audiences.
- Reporting and analysing performance: You will analyse the performance of content against KPIs to grow and improve results.
- Paid Marketing : You will be responsible for PPC campaigns across all channels.
Experience:
- First degree in Marketing and/or marketing qualification.
- Experience managing social media platforms for marketing purposes and developing content for a range of platforms.
- Experience using Facebook Creator Studio, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Experience using a Social Media Content Management System.
- Love of social media and keeping up to date with the latest trends.
- A passion and commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion.
- The ability to work under pressure to deliver integrated solutions often to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Experience working in dental industry preferred.
- Basic Designing experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and Figma preferable.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
