Pauley Interactive is on the search for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Apprentice with the drive to provide excellent customer service. This exciting apprenticeship role is an extraordinary opportunity for a proactive individual who shares our passion for immersive technology and can help communicate our story effectively.
PAULEY are spatial computing pioneers. We are a multi award-winning team of passionate digital innovation specialists. The ideal candidate will have very effective written and verbal communication skills and a personal interest in technology and the sectors we work in.
Key Responsibilities:
- A strong focus on content creation, monitoring, and posting on social media.
- Edit digital content for our social media platforms.
- Creating Social Media posts and maximising engagement and increasing followers.
- Providing general assistance and administrative support to the team
- Design, develop and maintain a social media strategy by reviewing, monitoring, and analysing online activity of course technology and target sectors.
- Able to work towards marketing briefs, and deliver monthly campaigns and KPIs.
- Google Analytics Tracking and Reporting
- Providing exceptional customer service to online and social media customers
- Use digital tools effectively and keep up to date with the latest development, technologies, and trends.
- Measure and evaluate the success of digital marketing activities in a monthly report.
- Planning for key events, and researching delegates where possible to identify leads/networking opportunities.
- Articulate and define key benefits to clients and new leads

- Must be able to apply basic marketing principles with standard digital etiquette and the understanding of security levels required to protect data across digital and social media platforms.
GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
Training to be provided
- Digital Marketer Level 3.
- Training with Milton Keynes College.
- Ongoing training, support and development with the employer.

Future prospects
There will be a permanent position for the right candidate and the opportunity to undertake further training and development.
Hours per week 37.5
Working week Monday - Friday, 9- 5:00pm (1/2- for hour lunch)
