It’s an exciting time to join the Defence business, specifically the Bristol Future Programmes organisation as we look to shape the future of combat and wider Defence capabilities, growing our organisation for future generations.
Future Programmes UK and International is at the heart of securing the future growth of the Defence business. We are delivering tomorrows technology fast, by bringing together the company’s best engineers, programme managers and business professionals. Working in partnership with Governments, primes and new technology companies across the globe, we deliver future solutions to meet the customers emerging requirements.

- Seeks simplicity – you keep it simple and remove complexity, in how you communicate and the way you work.
What you will be doing:

- Develop digital first philosophy as part of solution for 50% quicker and 30% cheaper
- Align capability projects with the wider RR digital strategy.
- Develop manufacturing roadmap for key processes in future programmes and ensure that the right organisations (e.g. AxRC’s, UTC’s, etc.) are engaged to deliver the plan.

You will be expected to take the lead in identifying project requirements, specifying and executing packages of work.
