Supporting the submission of data driven project documentation and monitoring project controls (checkpoint reports, risk and issues, budgetary information). Through creation and implementation of reporting of detailed view of the time, cost and quality data of the SLaM Digital Mental Health Project.

Helping to initially implement and improve the existing Project Management Office (PMO) processes
The role will play an important role in both internal and external communications with stakeholders. Both technical and clinical. The business analysis function will require engagement with clinical stakeholders gathering clinical requirements requiring some understanding of the mental health and community environment of the Trust and its partners.

Our Trust headquarters is located at Denmark Hill less than 5 minutes from the train station (zone 2). We also provide services and operate across other locations, such as London boroughs of Croydon, Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark; and substance misuse services for residents of Bexley, Lambeth, Greenwich and Wandsworth.
Contribute to Project Planning
Project analyst will be required work with other team members to prepare detailed plans for new projects, determining resource allocation, deliverable timelines, and possible issues. They may also conduct a feasibility analysis to ensure consistency with initial project brief
Ensure that the leads for workstreams within the project(s) have clear responsibilities, priorities and timescales and track delivery against the project milestones.
Help Manage Projects
Providing support by handling some of the operational aspects of a project supporting a senior PM within the team or independently as a Junior PM . Possible tasks include coordinating with stakeholders and consultants, conducting internal meetings, reviewing finances, and streamlining the overall workflow, with the primary aim of keeping the project on schedule an maintaining reporting .
Evaluate and Monitor Progress
During planning, help the kick off and evaluation process by establishing performance indicators. Support the monitoring of every step of the project with reference to cost estimates, overall plans, and deliverable deadlines. Helping create strategic insight into the digital project portfolio to support improved visibility of project roadblocks and propose process improvements.
Perform Data Analysis
Manipulate and handle data, (some of which may be clinical, and heath related data) which they will be required to research, monitor, and analyze to produce business insights and action recommendations. From project reviews to performance optimization and other improvement functions as and when they become identified.
Ensure mechanisms are in place to gather data to monitor the impact of the project, support audit, benchmarking, and research. This will include:
- Identifying the key benefits to be accrued by the projects, their dependencies, and timescales.
- Working with clinicians, service users and managers to define, maintain and interpret a core dataset to be collected for the project.
- Supporting work stream leads to design, implement and review mechanisms to elicit feedback from service users and clinicians.
- Producing regular project reports, analysing progress on the projects for dissemination to all stakeholders.
- Ensure that there is a system in place for the dissemination of evidence-based practice to local clinicians, managers, and commissioners.
Accountable for creating and maintaining project documentation, including timelines, resource plans, and meeting minutes. May be required to prepare presentations of analysis and findings and participate in providing regular status reports, serving as the main source of information about the project to both internal and external teams.
Lead on formulating and planning the activity on a range of specialist activities, including where appropriate, Presenting complex, sometimes sensitive information to stakeholders including senior managers, project board members and end user, including but not limited to classroom based environments.
To liaise with managers within the Digital Services department to ensure that resources are available to support the programme of projects. Highlighting areas of concern, including any training requirements to relevant managers
Communicate highly complex, sensitive, and contentious information on the progress of the projects to key stakeholders across the project team and the Programme Board.
Support consensus building and manage conflict or opposing views whilst encouraging participation from all involved.
