Here at EMSOU, we deliver specialist capabilities on behalf of the five East Midlands police forces, focusing on intelligence gathering and the disruption and investigation of serious and organised crime.
As our Digital Forensic Specialist, you’ll use appropriate digital forensic techniques to identify and acquire evidence and intelligence held on digital devices, media and within networks as part of criminal investigations.
Working within the quality frameworks such as IS0 17025 and 17020, you will share your specialist knowledge and tactical advice across the organisation, including attending scenes to recover evidence, processing and interpreting digital data and delivering technical evidence for legal proceedings or for intelligence value.

Due to the nature of the vetting level required you must have 5 years continuous residency in the UK at the time of application.
