We’re looking for a Digital Experience Executive to join our team, responsible for supporting the Digital team on the delivery of an excellent customer experience on our group digital channels.

Reporting into the Digital Experience Manager, you’ll work across a number of digital platforms for company website updates, online content creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns. As part of a cross-functioning team you’ll support the delivery of the group’s digital strategy. Digital channels will include websites, authenticated services such as the Clarion Housing online account, chat bot, and any other online channels as they are developed.
You’ll have extensive experience of successfully working on external facing corporate websites using content management systems at an enterprise level. You’ll liaise with approved business web contributors to ensure Business as usual web work is delivered effectively on-time and is in line with customer and business priorities. You’ll ensure all content is optimised, tagged and tracked appropriately according to set digital standards using analytical tools. You’ll also be responsible for measuring success of changes and influencing future digital activity. Solid knowledge of digital best practice including accessibility across mobile, desktop and social channels and experience of editing digital content following online copywriting standards.
We’ll look to you to support the Digital team on administration tasks such as maintaining and managing the team inbox and responding to requests in a timely manner, and by delivering online marketing campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
