Are you passionate about providing an excellent digital customer experience?
We’re looking for a Digital Experience Executive to join our team, responsible for supporting the Digital team on the delivery of an excellent customer experience on our group digital channels.
Reporting into the Digital Experience Manager, you’ll work across a number of digital platforms for company website updates, online content creation, and execution of digital marketing campaigns. As part of a cross-functioning team you’ll support the delivery of the group’s digital strategy. Digital channels will include websites, authenticated services such as the Clarion Housing online account, chat bot, and any other online channels as they are developed.
