Start a New Journey! We're looking for a digital designer with a specialism in UI/UX to join our growing team to work on stunning digital projects, create sleek new brands and help to expand the agency's creative profile.

Working with the latest design tools/methodologies, you will be working across a broad range of clients and industries with the goal of creating market-leading creative work. We aim to deliver projects and campaigns that look fantastic, provide great functionality to the end-user and, most importantly, delight our clients.

This job is perfect for you if you're happy to work on different types of design projects for a range of engaging and interesting clients within a creative working environment. Our team aims to be the best in the field and you'll fit right in if you strive to achieve excellent quality and find new ways of doing things.

Acting as design lead you will have responsibility for the creative aspects of varied and engaging projects across a range of formats including: websites, landing pages, e-commerce platforms, email campaigns, social media ad creatives, branding projects and much more. We're even developing our own in-house digital products and the role will involve working on these. If you enjoy the process of working on projects with highly talented and experienced people to deliver your creative vision this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities

So, what will the role entail on a day-to-day basis?

  • Producing fresh, modern and attractive digital designs
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and the latest digital design methodologies
  • Quickly translate ideas and concepts into sketches, wireframes and prototypes
  • Iterate new design versions based on client and user feedback
  • Collaborating with the wider agency team
  • Working with a range of engaging clients
  • Building expertise in different digital formats
  • Using data to inform and guide the design process
  • Manage workflow and customer interaction using our internal PMS & CRM systems

  • 2+ years agency experience (preferred)
  • Experience in collaborating with agency clients
