Job Title: Digital Designer (Middleweight/Senior Level)
Location: A mix of office-based (Ringwood, Hampshire) and WFH

We are a multi-award winning, PR, marketing and social media full-service agency, based in Hampshire. Located in Ringwood, on the Hampshire/Dorset border, we are relentless in the pursuit of results for our clients - devising and implementing both strategic and creative PR, social media and marketing campaigns that drive enquiries, sales and build brands and reputation on a regional, national and international scale. We have an excellent opportunity for a creative, conceptually-minded and passionate Digital Designer to join the team.
Role overview:
You will work closely with the team to originate creative ideas, develop concepts, identities and visual styles that fit specific target audiences. Creating social and digital content will be a big part of the role, as well as devising campaigns.
Key duties:
- Taking and following a brief to work with other members of the team on multiple projects
- Social media artwork production (GIFs, video, animation) to support organic and advertising programmes (including resizing)
- Be able to take a job from concept, right through to completion
- Website & App design
- Client liaison
- Ensure the timely delivery of finished artwork
Key requirements & skills:
The ideal candidate will hold a relevant design degree or equivalent and will have at least three years' experience.
You'll have an excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and you'll be a team player who is a natural collaborator - enjoying working with others to produce the best possible creative content. You'll have a strong portfolio of design work that you're proud of and happy to talk through at interview.
Communication is a big part of the job, so you must feel confident to contribute to the entire creative process. You'll be excited about working in a team where you can make a difference with responsibility early on. You're a self-starter with boundless initiative.
We are looking for someone with:
- A passion for UI/UX focussed design with understanding behind requirements and limitations to responsive web design
- Experience using HTML, .CSS and Javascript to manipulate digital outputs
- Strong working skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud - Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro & XD
