As part of our team, you will look after a discerning membership spanning over 30 countries world-wide.
Hours per week: Mostly evenings, start times from 3pm / 6pm until 11pm approx. depending on business levels. Shifts vary per week and can be accommodated around the candidate.

Duties include:
- Meet and greet members in a prompt, polite and courteous manner.
- Experience and competent in taking food and drinks orders
- Able to effectively manage your time and be flexible with the number of hours worked dependent on the needs of the business.
- Be able to work under pressure and multitask if required
- Comfortable liaising with Supervisors regarding any situations that may require their involvement.
- Consistently display high standards of cleanliness.
- Be available to attend regular training and development sessions set out by line management
- To adhere to all rules, regulations and standards under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2020
- Due to the nature of our business be flexible on occasion where you will be asked to work outside your designated food & beverage department.
Role Requirements:
- Have previous experience of providing a high level of service and standards consistent with expected standards within a Fine Dining environment.
- A driving license is essential, and candidates must be able to get to and from the club using their own transport.
- The right to live and work in the UK is essential.
