Digital Designer for #1 Travel Brand - Home Based

You’ll be our in-house Digital Designer; you’ll be part of the growing Marketing team. It’s a chance to get in there early and be fundamental to defining the ways of working. You’ll come to us with significant experience under your belt or be more than ready to take the next step up; your experience spans multiple channels, being on-brand with them all. We’re looking for someone who gets it right, knows their stuff and has the potential to lead a small team as the business grows.

Job Overview:
- Plan, develop, execute and share with the team, all digital marketing assets including digital adverts/websites/webpages/motion graphics/social media graphics/photo manipulation/vector art/iconography
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals; use data to provide useful insights to proactively support future business growth/targets
- Responsible for collating and assessing impact vs competitors and keeping us ahead, on track and ideally smashing targets
- Keep on top of relevant emerging technology and assess viability for use where appropriate
