The Design team at Bally's Interactive is a multi-skilled department with over 60 full time graphic designers, UX/UI designers, illustrators, animators, motion graphics designers, video editors, marketing designers, app/ mobile/ sportsbook and front-end developers! All the skills required to create top quality design work.
As a designer at Bally's, you will be working on customer-facing products – from the games we make to the sites we host them on – as well as on projects destined for internal consumption.
Our designers come from a wide range of different backgrounds and that diversity makes for an incredibly rich department. So, what will you be doing?
- Designing and producing video content, HTML5 banners, and animated or static images. The assets span many channels including our websites, display and social.
- Working collaboratively to produce impactful designs.
- Identifying the best possible channels to use for your designs.
- Following existing styles and guidelines, or adapting visual styles to suit certain projects.
- Presenting creative work to stakeholder groups and working with them to reach commercial goals.
And what are we looking for?
- Able to collaborate with stakeholders
- Proficient in Adobe Creative softwares, especially After Effects
and Animate. - Be able to understand HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience building HTML5 banners
- Be able to optimise videos and HTML5s for various
social platforms. - An ability to think outside of the box.
