Your role at Orbit.
The Digital Operations department drives the development of digital strategies across new and existing Orbit customer channels. The team works to create a consistent customer experience in the digital world and serves as the centre of expertise on the delivery of Customer Outcomes utilising Omni channels focussing on service delivery and operations. The team are instrumental in unlocking Orbits potential in maximising customer experience, digital presence and customer satisfaction across digital channels, as well as the setup, analysis and provision of insights to maximise Orbits vision of offering our customers a channel of choice.
The role of the Digital Data Analyst is to produce and analyse management information, transactional customer data and operational performance information from the Customer Hub. You will produce a variety of regular performance reports as well as bespoke reports that respond to changing operations needs, interrogating our data to provide real, actionable insight to management and key stakeholders.
You’ll ensure that the Customer Hub teams are utilising all available tools and data assets to best manager our operations and understand customer insight and behaviour. As a data export within the hub, you’ll play a key role ensuring the Customer Hub is a data-enabled centre, seeing data as an asset that we need to use.
The Digital Data Analyst will build an information dashboard upon joining Orbit and contribute to our performance management framework, providing advice and guidance to ensure we have the right measures in place to support business assurance.
What will help you make a difference.
You will be an experienced analyst with proven ability to translate data and information into insight that our operational teams can utilise to improve performance and outcomes for our customers.
- Experience and knowledge of a range of IT systems and tool to enable excellent data analysis and reporting.
- Experience of PowerBI, Excel SQL (essential)
- Experience of Python, Google Analytics (desirable)

Understanding and experience working with performance management frameworks, KPI’s and SLAs.
Awareness and understanding of data analysis within contact centres and operations.
