The Digital Content Specialist is a member of Ford Pro's EU Digital & UX group within the Marketing team.

This position supports Ford Pro’s website and is the business point of contact for day-to-day site content management and authoring. Core responsibilities include project management and site maintenance, leading prioritisation efforts for all strategic enhancements and site updates driven by stakeholders, and a key link to the authoring team.

This role will partner closely with product owners, technology teams, and other marketing functions for various offerings including, but not limited to Vehicles, Software, Charging, Finance and Service.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Working experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and/or authoring.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, verbal/written communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-functional team.
  • Passion for building relationships and proactive communication.
  • Motivated and strong detail-oriented approach.
  • Understanding of quantitative and qualitative measurement frameworks and KPIs for digital marketing.
  • User centricity, balanced with meeting business objectives.
  • Process-oriented mindset with an eye for potential efficiencies.
  • Data analytics-oriented – Ability to drive KPIs/data analytics in all decision making.

  • Manage and maintain website content and experience (includes regular releases, new launches, special campaigns).
  • Serve the internal business partner teams as the key point of contact for update requests and prioritisation of business needs into the web presence.
  • Manage the new request intake process from receipt to delivery.
  • Support site & functional testing/validation (for both launch and regular releases) to aid in identifying errors or defects not covered by the test team responsibilities (ie. copy accuracy, functional process and data accuracy).
  • Partner with the relevant Ford Pro Product Line Managers to ensure timely delivery of identified solutions into the market.
  • Determine strategies to elevate promotions, offers, programmes and any other critical messages on site.
  • Ongoing competitive assessment and benchmarking of digital best practices.
  • Support the Vehicle update and launch process in partnership with product marketing/brand managers.
  • Partner with Ford Pro Global digital team to ensure consistency and alignment of launches.
  • Monitor and execute multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by proactively identifying problems and solutions.
  • Engage with legal, compliance, and other relevant parties to gain any required legal approvals or direction.
