Job description.
As a Content Creator Apprentice, you will be planning, developing, creating and evaluating content for the business. Their job responsibilities would include (but not be limited to):
- Brainstorming new and creative ideas
- Researching, planning and developing content ideas
- Innovating and presenting new content, digital and social media strategies
- Implementing and supporting content marketing strategies including social media, website, blog, SEO and more
- Driving traffic to company pages
- Developing engaging online content including videos, graphics, and written copy
- Uploading and editing content on company websites
- Measuring and reporting performance of content and digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals, using relevant sites such as Google Analytics
- Keeping abreast of new social media sites, technologies, and digital marketing trends and insights; implementing these new technologies and insights in developing campaigns
- Managing Google reviews and ensuring testimonials come in from other departments
- Organising and coordinating online/offline events
- Producing the quarterly site/customer newsletter
- Have the ability and or desire to write/learn how to write on-point press releases

The Juice Academy is a digital marketing Academy based in Castlefield, Manchester. They train up to 80 apprentices a year, whilst the apprentices work with businesses around the North West (and sometimes further afield!). The training is delivered by industry professionals from their sister company, Tangerine Communications. The Juice Academy training sessions are a hybrid of face-to-face learning within the academy in Castlefield, and online delivery via Zoom. Apprentices will also receive the on the job training in the workplace. The final three months of the course will be the ‘assessment period’ during which apprentices are expected to produce a portfolio of work and complete a series of assessments. Full digital marketing training to be provided on-the-job and off-the-job. The Juice Academy partner with Apprentify, who support apprentices in the workplace through development coaching.
The qualification will include:
- Level 3 Content Creator
You apply on The Juice Academy website, filling in the written application form to the best of your ability, paying attention to spelling, grammar and punctuation. Successful candidates will be invited to an online assessment session where you will complete several tasks. If you are successful, you will then be invited to either an interview or our 'Boot Camp' recruitment day in April in The Academy in Manchester City, where you will meet the employers and have the chance to grab yourself a job. Please mark clearly on your application if you will be unavailable to start on this date and we will consider you for future selection days.
Note: The Juice Academy will recruit a number of apprentices to start in April and while you’re applying for a position with this employer your application may be sent to other employers if it's unsuccessful with this employer.
- Please note: For the first year, you will be paid a minimum salary of £12,000. Thereafter, your pay will be increased to the National Living Wage (currently £9.50 per hour). All salaries are set at the employers’ discretion; however, this will be the minimum you will receive.
