Job Spec
This exciting role will give you the opportunity to work across a broad spectrum of projects created by Zion Mandate (zionmandate.com), including the Zion Podcast, Peace Ballers and Heavenly Football. You will be in charge creating exceptional digital content (videos, designs, graphics, social media posts etc) for all these projects and this will include a mixture of camera operation, editing and content creation. You will also promote this content via our websites and social media channels to maximise our digital reach. To be successful in this role, It is essential that you are versatile and are comfortable stepping outside of your comfort zone. Experience
Responsibilities
Marketing (Essential) - To capture and edit media content (Podcast - video & Audio - short clips, adverts & mini documentaries) and effectively manage, update and promote the company website(s) & social media channels with digital content. You must know how to set up and operate high level camera equipment such as DSLR/mirrorless cameras, tripods, sound & lighting.
Design (Desirable) - Graphic design (logos, brochures, flyers etc) | Art work (sketching product designs & bringing conceptual ideas to life) | Wix (Website Design)
Qualities (Essential) - Organisation (Able to deliver work on time and regularly meet deadlines for content creation) | Attention to detail (really taking your work seriously and making sure it is always at an excellent standard | Original (able to create unique content) | Confident (about your skills & work)

Time Commitment/ Salary + Benefits
Work hours will be flexible with most work being on weekends. This may include week day evening work too.
High quality video, sound & lighting equipment provided
Location: Filming will be primarily based in London, whilst editing can be done remotely.
Vetting
For safeguarding reasons, all staff will need to complete a DBS check (if you do not have one already), as we film young people often in sports and other creative scenarios.
