Contract Length: 6 months
Location: Hybrid - Newcastle/Manchester/Leeds/Sheffield (2-3 days in office)
IR35: Inside
Pay Rate: £500 per day
Security Clearance: BPSS
An exciting opportunity has become available with our prestigious client who is a prominent government department. The client is seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join their welcoming team. As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be supporting the business by developing products/services to overcome issues and meet business requirements.
The Digital Business Analyst Role:
- To be responsible for delivering change within the business
- To be part of the product delivery lifecycle to provide solutions and technical capabilities for business
- To utilise your expertise by using a variety of analysis tools and techniques in an Agile environment
- To utilise best standard industry approaches to explain requirements whilst also communicating user stories/acceptance criteria
- Liaise with senior members of staff to share and improve knowledge
- To manage junior members of the team in order to improve and develop your management and coaching skills
What the Digital Business Analyst will need:
- BPSS cleared
- Experience of prioritisation of backlogs
- Experience leading workshops/interviews/document analysis
- Experience working with User Researchers
- Ability to analyse ways of working/identify gaps/suggest improvements
- Experience of using modelling and analysis tools
- Experience with Agile principles
- Experience with epics/user stories
- Experience with NFR catalogues or similar
- Good knowledge/application of AWS and Azure services
- Experience of IT automation/Ansible Tower
- Experience of infrastructure as code
