Our client, an award-winning, creative PR & Digital agency, is seeking a Digital Assistant to join the passionate and hardworking team of 50

Ideal candidate to be truly passionate about working in social media and have a comprehensive understanding of influencer/social media landscapes. Previous agency experience preferred.
Headline Responsibilities
Working across both social and dedicated client teams and responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of digital content and/or influencer campaigns for clients including Kerrymaid, Wickes, Aldi, Unilever, and Jacobs Douwe Egberts amongst many others.
The role of the Digital Assistant is to assist client teams to provide services to clients and to work, as part of the admin team, to help to ensure the smooth running of a hectic ‘office ‘ (when office-based or remote working).
The Digital Assistant reports to Client Team heads. The role is approximately a 75/25 split between Digital Admin / General Admin.
Ideal candidate must be highly organised, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and able to work across a mixed portfolio of accounts.
Client Administration - Supporting Client Teams
- Client purchasing – eg gifts for competitions
- Send out of product to influencers & competition prize winners
- Packaging up sendouts to Influencers as part of the Influencer Gifting programmes
- Scanning & logging of social coverage
- Compilation of client coverage books
- Influencer list management
- Supporting content planning and creation across social channels
- Day to day social community management and proactive engagement
Office Administration (applicable when in the office)
- Keeping newspaper/magazine areas tidy
- Keeping meeting room and other common areas tidy and ready for use
- Manage stationery levels & general ordering
Desired Skills & Experience
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with all major social media platforms
- Familiarity with influencers across major social media platforms
- Experience working with social media influencers – not essential
- Self-driven, well organised and with solid time management skill
- Happy to get stuck-in with everything admin wise from Influencer Gifting sendouts to producing reports for clients
