Responsibilities
- PIM Project Management. Working with all Product Managers to complete the overhaul of our PIM.
- Assigning assets from the DAM to the PIM, and connecting them to the correct products and then syncing those assets to the websites.
- Uploading enriched content created by the in-house marketing team, including product names, features & benefits, and eCommerce copy, to the PIM and syncing these to the websites.
- Ownership of our internal digital filing system, renaming and re-ordering files to make it easy for our internal customers to navigate.
Skills & Experience
- Meticulously organised, process focused, with an appetite for continuous process improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise, and effectively meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to take direction, trouble shoot and work with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional spelling, grammar and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong work ethic with the desire to learn and grow.
- Previous PIM and DAM experience preferable, but not essential.
Whether you’re a seasoned worker, changing careers or a graduate, if getting stuck in with a large volume of data and organising it sounds good to you and you’ve got the right attitude, this could be a wonderful opportunity for you to become an essential part of an important project for this brand.
