How you’ll make an impact
Xero’s Partner Channel is exciting and we work in Partnership with Accountants & Bookkeepers to help them and their small business clients to become more successful. We do this by using Xero’s products and services to free up time and gain greater insight into their financial situation. Account Managers at Xero are responsible for growing and maintaining these critical relationships, building on the great sense of community that exists amongst Xero Partners and guiding them to speed up adoption of Xero across their client base.
What you’ll do
The Digital Account Manager is a newly created role at Xero to support the successful management of accounts in our next phase of growth. This role will manage a large portfolio of our smaller partner success partners that have over 80% of their base on Xero. The best part of this role is the hybrid approach that will bring together tactical approaches, commercial understanding and sales skills. You will spend most of your time working in a tactical way to increase interaction and adoption across this important subsection of partners. You will do this by segmenting the base of Partners, designing and executing approaches that will not only make those partners feel valued but will enhance the ease in which they use Xero and increase the revenue that they spend with us. You will have a deep understanding of your base, through data and interaction. However, you will also come along to conferences, host your own events and ultimately ensure you are executing on a plan each quarter to take all of your Partners further along their Xero Journey.

What you’ll bring with you
A sales or marketing professional with experience of segmenting data and building campaigns to support large scale account management.
