The Detail:
You will be the face of the platform, expert in relationship management. The role combines a healthy mix of customer service, admin, sales and marketing...
- Portal management:Reacting to customer enquiries with pace, via a What’s App style messaging system
Managing incoming orders
Maintaining accurate product detail
Using gap analysis data to grow the customer basket
Marketing and upselling products via promotional campaigns
Measuring and reporting results
- Ability to build effective remote relationships, as you’ll be working closely with a field based sales team, located across the South of England, to develop customers within a defined section of our business
- Quarterly visits to various locations across London, Oxford and Devon
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and on your own initiative as well as being a strong team player, with the enthusiasm to work with other departments to achieve campaign goals.
- Great communications skills, whether messaging on the app or by phone
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and deliver tasks to deadlines, as well as the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing demands in a fast-moving business environment
