We’re growing! So we’re looking for Digital Account Executives to join the Hop team in our Cheshire office.
As our new Account Executive you’re a problem solver who proactively finds solutions to deliver excellent service and awesome outputs and, most importantly, maintain productive client relationships.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of projects for Hop Digital’s portfolio of clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure that projects are correctly briefed in the studio and the highest level of service and quality is delivered to our clients. You plan your projects rigorously and meticulously to ensure success every time. You aim to deliver the excellence of our brand!
You must have experience with SEO, PPC, website CMS, copywriting, content creation and social media.

You will have worked with content and performance marketing and led projects, campaigns, and work streams. You thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing goals and directions across multiple accounts. Willing to continue to learn and keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.
Key Skills & Experience
- Superb project management and time management.
- Organised and agile, to work across several teams, including creative and sales.
- Confident corresponding and presenting directly with clients.
- Comfortable designing and managing several digital marketing strategies for clients across multiple platforms.
- You must have experience with optimising website SEO and developing SEO-optimised content. You will have had experience with social media advertising, setting up campaigns and measuring success.
- Experience managing a portfolio of B2B clients.
- Understanding CMS tools and working with the design and marketing team to build, update and manage client websites.
- Attention to detail with projects, verbal and written communications.
- Understanding of how online platforms and social media can reach and develop audiences.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the web industry and new developments/technologies.
- Strong presentation skills (both verbal and written).
- You must love working with data, being able to interpret results and presenting results to clients with ways to improve where necessary.
- Confident with CRM email sending platforms, such as Mailchimp and Freshmarketer.
- Experience with Google Analytics - being able to audit campaigns to find gaps and opportunities to improve performance.
- Experience onboarding new clients to a new service.
- It would be ideal if you have had experience in the hospitality industry and adobe suite, but this is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Overall management of several accounts, including web builds, road map development, maintenance, marketing across various mediums, and other creative work.
- Retain and grow client relationships by delivering excellence in client servicing and proactively recommending added-value services.
- Meeting clients and suggesting tactics to improve their website and social media acquisition and conversion.
- Managing workload and briefing internal team members on tasks needed to ensure all deadline for your portfolio of clients is being met.
- Writing exceptional proposals and documentation – accurately and succinctly.
- Examine performance reports to uncover problems and opportunities - resolving/escalating them as required.
- Assisting the growth of Hop by supporting the Digital Team.
To be considered for this great opportunity, you will have:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in account management.
- Digital Agency experience.
- Completely comfortable with digital marketing creation, implementation, and reporting.
- Have all-round marketing knowledge and experience.
- Hospitality and Adobe experience would be a bonus!
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
