We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Digital Marketing Agency Account Director with a minimum of 8 years' experience in the field. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in scoping out and executing digital marketing campaigns, project management, and team leadership. Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Scoping out, planning, and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, content, social media, web, email, and automation.
2. Crafting detailed and persuasive proposals for potential and existing clients.
3. Conducting insightful and consultative coaching calls to guide clients in digital marketing best practices.
4. Effectively managing a diverse team of digital marketers, designers, and developers to achieve project goals and client satisfaction.
5. Serving as the primary contact for clients, ensuring an excellent client experience and maintaining long-term relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. A minimum of 8 years' experience working within full-service Agencies is a must. Experience within the Medical Aesthetics or Pharmaceuticals sector would be a bonus.
2. Proven commercial experience and being responsible for managing and generating revenue across a portfolio of clients and can work to commercial targets.
3. Proven experience in project management and team leadership, managing at least a team of 4 previously
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Solid understanding of the digital marketing landscape including SEO, PPC, content, social media, web, email, and automation strategies.
7. Excellent proposal writing and client presentation skills.
8. Strong ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
9. A people-centric individual who thrives on fostering client relationships and leading teams to success.
Working Conditions: (Remote)
This role is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring regular communication with clients and team members. Some travel may be required for client meetings.
