Job description
My client is a full service, creative PR and comms agency, and one of the fastest growing in the industry. It scooped numerous awards in the last couple of years, more than doubling in size in the process. It offers everything from brand consultancy to creative activations, media relations to digital and social media to experiential and launches. All its work is designed to create powerful, emotional connections between brands and audiences.
It is now looking for an exceptional digital Account Director, to help expand its in house offering. Someone adept at strategically planning a digital/social programme for a brand – including earned, paid, shared and owned. Ideally someone with digital marketing experience from a similar style of agency.
It’s a role someone smart, self-motivated and driven, who wants to grab this role by the horns and use their skills to help grow and develop their clients and the agency. You will own the end-to-end management and deliverables of digital campaigns from initial brief, to channel planning and optimisation, to implementation, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality.
Skills & experience required:
– strong platform/channel knowledge across Facebook Business & Ads Manager, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and LinkedIn, TikTok – as well as strong IT skills across the usual Office programmes
– brilliant analytical skills with the ability to analyse large data sets, formulas and pivot tables – with a good working knowledge of excel and Google Analytics
– the ability to wax lyrical about tracking pixels, UTM parameters and basic code implementation
– experience partnering with clients to understand key objectives and success metrics – being the face of campaigns, providing feedback, strategic counsel and recommendations to meet business objectives
You’d be joining a friendly bunch of brand strategists, creatives, campaign managers, media hounds, influencer experts and social media gurus. Collectively they bring experience across a wide range of sectors, including consumer, tech, lifestyle, food, drink, entertainment, travel, fashion, health and finance.
