We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic dietetic assistant with excellent communication and teamwork skills to join our dietetic team at Weston Park Hospital.
This is an excellent opportunity if you are proactive, organised and wish to work in a forward-thinking department, caring for the nutritional needs of our patients.
The dietetic assistant will work closely with the Weston Park dietitians to provide advice to patients on a variety of oncology wards and clinic settings.
This post is suited to those with an interest in healthcare, food and nutrition.
Under the direct supervision of the Dietitians, facilitate the provision of nutrition and dietetic services at Weston Park Hospital. This includes supporting patients with their nutritional needs whilst they undergo their cancer journey.
To be an effective team member and aid the staff in the Dietetic Service.
To assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing the dietetic service.
To support the provision of specialist advice and education to acute services.
