Our market leading Public Sector Practice works with organisations from all areas across the Public Sector including Local Authorities, Police Authorities, Fire and Rescue Organisations and NHS Trusts.

We will count on you to:
- Deliver sales and growth with a focus on the Public Sector
- Demonstrate a specialist knowledge of the Public Sector (this can be taught by the team)
- Demonstrate strong team working ability in order to forge strong working relationships within the business to meet defined goals and targets
- Provide insight and thought leadership within your dedicated sector and build profile through regular interaction with key stakeholders
- Attend sector specific conferences and events to promote Marsh
What you need to have:
- Ability to build new relationships and trust with prospective clients
- Be able to generate leads and follow these up to build a strong pipeline of potential insurance clients
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Stakeholder management skills up to and including senior executive level
- A desire to become a sector specialist
