Job description
We are currently recruiting for a client who are looking to hire Assistant Store Managers to work in a busy supermarket in various locations, the job role will involve:
- Being responsible for the standard of customer service
- Connecting with customers in store
- Offering the highest standard of customer service by adapting to customers needs.
- Completing Accident Reports if required and conducting technical and electrical equipment checks and filling out relevant paperwork.
- Is responsible for the welfare of employees within the store, conducting annual performance reviews and monthly personnel updates.
- Reviews and manages the sales and productivity overview
- Forecast sales and schedules hours to meet productivity targets
