Role Purpose
The Development Associate reports to the Director of Advancement and Engagement (International) and plays a key role in the co-ordination of fundraising campaigns across the UK, and internationally. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous administration experience and a keen interest in developing a career in fundraising and/or research;
Main Responsibilities
· Provide support in for bespoke events with prospects and donors some of which might be virtually
· Provide administrative support to the Director of Advancement and Engagement with activities such as drafting letters and updating relevant databases.
· Undertake data analysis and provide reports as requested
· Undertake ad hoc prospect research and briefings
· Prepare monthly prospect pipeline reports for our major prospect planning and review meetings
· Prepare quarterly and yearly activity reports by pulling information from Salesforce
· Prepare high-quality proposals, concept notes and fundraising materials
· Update the CRM system, in particular, all information that is necessary for our fundraising activities
· Support the Director of Advancement and Engagement (International) in strategic projects and presentations preparation.
Start Date
We are looking for this new position to start at the beginning of March.
