About the Role
As a Desktop Support Engineer, you'll be:
- An integral part of the Desktop Service Improvement Team, offering your technical prowess and guidance to fellow members of the Desktop Services team. This team is responsible for delivering 2nd line IT support to users of our Managed Desktop Service, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
About You
- We are seeking someone who is deeply committed to excellent customer service, demonstrating both the drive to achieve it and the expertise to back it up.
- You will have a solid background in 1st and 2nd line IT support, you'll provide essential technical guidance to your IT peers. While you are an enthusiastic team player, you're also comfortable working independently.
- Your hunger for acquiring new IT skills is matched only by your dedication to delivering solutions in a consistent, timely, and conscientious manner. You're also committed to transparently tracking your progress, ensuring colleagues and users are well-informed about ongoing developments.
