Desktop Support Analyst, Investment Banking, London, £35k plus bonus
NDK have created an incredible opportunity to work with a highly prestigious global investment bank, based in central London to recruit a Desktop Support Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career in an even-paced, detail oriented, financial environment. As the Desktop Support Analyst you'll be responsible for providing desktop support across the bank. You will be joining a team of talented individuals with a diverse skill set; as much experience across the following would be hugely beneficial: Exchange/365, Windows Server, VMWare, AD, DFS/DFSR, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, ADFS, ADCS, WFSC, SAN/Exchange. Previous L1 and L2 Technical Support experience is preferred.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning Desktop Support (L1 and L2).
- Escalating L3 support.
- MS Office 365 support.
- Citrix support.
- VDI upgrades/support.
Experience you'll need:
- Desktop support.
- Windows 10 support
- Exchange virtual and on prem support.
- Citrix support.
- Experience working in a varied role involving work across as many of the following: Exchange/365, Windows Server, AD, DFS/DFSR, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, ADFS, ADCS, WFSC, Citrix/SAN/Exchange.
- Any experience with VDI technologies, projects and upgrades would be highly beneficial.
