Senior On Site Engineer

Your role
We are looking for a User Support Technician to work alongside other team members on a customer site in Bradford ( and occasionally in other areas of Leeds / Yorks ) to provide remedial and proactive IT support to our Customer ensuring they are truly enabled. The role will involve building strong customer service relationships with user base and key stakeholders to enable them to be productive by providing IT support and guidance detailed within our scope of service – please refer to core skills below. Working with your Team and Customer, you will be encouraged to identify improvements – both service and efficiency. Good customer facing skills and attention to detail is a key requirement to the role, ensuring appropriate updates are noted on the Call Management System to track progress of incidents and tasks as well as Team and Personal administrative tasks.
