Job description
What's the fastest game bird in Europe? This was the question that inspired the founding of Guinness World Records back in 1955. Starting with a single book published from a room above a gym, GWR has grown to become a global multimedia brand, with offices in London, New York, Beijing, Tokyo and Dubai. Today, we deliver world-class content, not just through books, but via TV shows, social media and live events. Whatever the medium, our ultimate purpose is to make the world a more interesting, fun and positive place.

- Support the Design team in making sure that GWR's creative potential is reached across websites, social media, and physical entertainment spaces, by designing visuals and spaces that stand out and are vibrant and fun
- Responsible for supporting the roll out of the updated GWR visual identity and continuing to support the transition of updating previous designed templates and assets in partnership with existing agency contacts
- You will work closely as a team with the Designer in the London office and the Designer based in the Japan office to build consistency across the global GWR brand and provide additional creative support where needed
- Support the Design team in increasing visibility, transparency and awareness of the global design function by contributing to monthly reports to the wider business.
- Draw inspiration from outside best-in-class examples of relevant global brand design and continue to develop design skills to stay ahead of the trends, with learning and development
- Communicate regularly with internal design clients and colleagues to build successful working relationships and provide additional face-to-face creative support and planning
