Summary
The Brand Designer is responsible for brand awareness through creative materials. Activities include design of digital & print graphics, videos, and overall brand strategy to support the sales efforts online and for in-person events (such as the visual presence at trade show booths). The Designer will work with a marketing team consisting of the marketing manager, a content writer, and a 3rd party agency.
We are looking for someone who is based in Minnesota.

Responsibilities
- Strategize collaboratively on corporate branding to elevate overall brand and company recognition.
- Produce quality videos including live recorded content and original animations.
- Edit and repurpose 1 webinar content into short clips each month.
- Create 1 customer testimonial video per month.
- Create graphic art for sales enablement content to improve conversion for digital and print.
- Locate photo art files to use on website and blogs.
- Ensure brand is presented well at trade shows and conference booths through signage, sales sheets, giveaways, etc.
- Assist with web design and search engine optimization efforts.
- Manage online advertisements.
- Participate in daily huddles and weekly meetings.
- Complete 1 hour of continuing education per week and 1 field day learning about prospect and client needs each month.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, web design or equivalent
- 5-10 years’ experience as a graphic designer, videographer, or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, video marketing, social media marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Excellent writing, communication, presentation, and organization skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Adwords, Google Analytics/Search Console, and Storybrand.
