Job description
I've got this fantastic opportunity with a super cool global design practice, and I just can't wait to share it with you. You know, the kind of place that's all about redefining retail and experiential spaces while appreciating the finer things in life?
So, they're on the hunt for someone who's passionate about design and ready to dive into some incredible international shopping mall projects. Picture yourself working on massive luxury retail projects in Asia (we're talking 150,000 - 300,000 sqm!) and taking them from concept design to completion. Sounds amazing, right?
As a key player in this team, you'll strike that perfect balance between design, technical ability, and efficiency. You'll be working closely with Senior Architects and collaborating with other disciplines like signage, installation, and branding. Plus, you'll get to show off your excellent communication skills and adapt your style to work effectively with colleagues and third parties.
Now, if you have previous experience working for an international firm and have completed projects in China, that's a big plus. ARB/RIBA part I would be great, too. You're also gonna need top-notch Rhino and AutoCAD skills (Revit/Visualisation/ FF&E delivery expertise preferred).
And here's the cherry on top: the benefits package! You'll get access to all kinds of sweet perks like fitness classes, complimentary lunches prepared by in-house chefs, a UK Cycle Scheme, private medical insurance, extra paid leave during the Christmas closure, a development budget, and fun monthly socials.
So, what are you waiting for? If this sounds like the dream opportunity you've been waiting for, don't hesitate to reach out and let's discuss it further. I can't wait to hear from you!
