Our marketing team are looking to hire an enthusiastic, ambitious Junior Designer who is passionate about owning their role and pursuing growth. Having an unstoppable mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile is a must.
Established in 2008, we have a strong presence in the UK and globally, with over 300 team members servicing 3000+ clients in a range of industries including (but not limited to) technology, healthcare, financial services, education, and renewables.
The Role:
- Deliver ideas and concepts that combine a creative and strategic understanding.
- Create and adapt marketing and sales collateral, from merchandise, digital / social, and pitch decks.
- Create motion content to support marketing collateral.
- Deliver brand and identity projects from concept through to final execution.
- Work closely with the digital team in the creation of engaging content for online, social and email.
- Support the events team with materials to optimise the experience and brand awareness.
- Collaborate on photography and videography at all stages of the process.
- Give creative direction and communicate productively with management and stakeholders.
- Clearly and professionally pitch creative ideas by creating engaging presentations.
- Conduct research and stay updated on current design trends, techniques, and tools to enhance your skills and contribute to innovative design solutions.
- Help with organising and maintaining the design files and asset library to ensure efficient workflow and easy accessibility.
Knowledge/ Experience:
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of digital design and motion.
- A good understanding of typography and compositions.
- Good working knowledge of Figma or similar is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their visual requirements for content creation and optimisation is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas.
- Ability to multitask with good time management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
