About the role
If you’re a talented designer with incredible ideas and a desire to do good, then we want to meet you. You’ll be joining a talented and dedicated creative team who’ve just won In-House Agency of the Year at the Inside Out Awards.
You’ll work with a creative copywriter on a range of creative projects from concept through to production. You’ll deliver highly creative work, backed up with strategic thinking, presenting work clearly and convincingly to multiple stakeholders.
You will be required to set up and deliver print and web-ready artwork across a range of media and mediums, including but not limited to; posters, social graphics, social animations, infographics, gifs, wireframes, corporate literature, pitch presentations and several other ad hoc outputs.
You need to ensure all artwork outputs for the Shelter brand are represented to the highest creative standards and maintain brand consistency. You will need an solid knowledge of and be confident in working in in-design, illustrator and Photoshop (Sketch and / or After Effects would be a huge bonus) and have a good print knowledge; how to set-up artwork for print and dealing with printers to get full spec when needed. You must be very thorough in checking your work and making sure there no mistakes.

- You will have bags of enthusiasm and always bringing new/fresh ideas to the table.
- You’ll be passionate about working closely with other designers and writers and will be able to support them in creating outstanding sector-leading work.
- Always on the lookout for ways to be creatively disruptive and the next big thing in design.
- Happy receiving feedback, and a genuine desire to develop as Designer.
