Summary of the Designer role
We’re on the hunt for a talented and passionate Designer. With 3+ years experience, you’ll have all the foundations of great graphic design in the bag. Confident in all the usual Adobe CC programs, you’ll have built on this into a multimedia approach to creative.
Working on a breadth of top clients, like Hisense, Rubicon and Oreo, you’ll have a keen interest in a range of design disciplines, bringing all those influences into your work. Experience and understanding across film & motion design, technology and layout & typography is highly rated.
Working under the Creative Leaders in the agency, you’ll be confident taking conceptual design work and adapting it into functional design systems for campaigns and brands, delivered across all formats and channels. Your body of work to date should demonstrate this ability to design cross-channel.
Some responsibilities of the Designer role will include
Working design direction and adapting it into workable, exciting creative across channels
- Have a refined design aesthetic with an eye for the details
- Can work autonomously but knows when to review and check in
- Experience working within a creative team, both taking and interrogating briefs/feedback
- Understands brands and how to be a brand guardian while still pushing the envelope
