We are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing and Design Apprentice to join our team based in our Ipswich office. As a Marketing and Design Apprentice, you will develop an understanding of print and digital travel marketing across our Fred. Holidays and Star Clippers product ranges whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification.
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills working both with office-based and remote working staff, be well organised, demonstrate great attention to detail and be flexible and willing to assist wherever possible.
To be successful within the Marketing and Design team you should be creative, excited by travel, eager to learn and willing to work alone and in groups. Outstanding Marketing and design apprentices are those who respond well to constructive criticism, build good relationships with colleagues, and ultimately make a lasting impression.
As the Marketing and Design Apprentice, you will have a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow with a team of supportive individuals who are professionals and have a passion for the industry. This position is a unique and exciting opportunity allowing an apprentice to gain knowledge and experience in marketing within the travel industry.
This is an Apprenticeship; the successful candidate will work towards the Marketing Assistant Level 3 qualification which has an estimated course duration of 18 – 21 months. This will be a work-based Apprenticeship, therefore there will be no requirement for a day release to college. You will have an allocated Assessor from an Apprenticeship training provider who will visit you in the workplace and provide 1-2-1 training, support, and guidance throughout the course.
This is a full time position based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL) Working 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9am-5pm)
