Design Studio Artworker
Brighton BN1 4FY / hybrid
Salary £24600 - £30700 depending on experience and location

Full time 35 hours per week
The role
A fantastic opportunity to join a busy, friendly design studio team.
You’ll support with the design and production of business documentation / collateral for assignments and briefs from across the Bupa Global business unit.
What you’ll be doing
- Working closely with and supporting the design studio team to deliver the assets as set out in the design brief or terms of reference.
- Artworking customer literature, for both print and digital outputs.
- Ensuring all output complies with Bupa Global and complex partner brand guidelines, working within our governance framework and copy clearance process.
- Support the Studio on other creative projects and initiatives as required.
- Attending meetings with the Marketing team and other departments to provide creative input and feedback.
- Working with the Production team and external suppliers, to ensure the timely creation and distribution of all materials/asset management.
- Ongoing review of processes to make working practises more effective and efficient.
- Provide ad-hoc design, support and guidance to the wider business.
You
- Artwork and print design experience gained either in agency or in-house
- Advanced working knowledge of InDesign is essential. Full Adobe Creative Suite and understanding of HTML / CSS would be great.
- Sound understanding of design, colour, typography, illustration, photography, animation, line, composition, and application of styles would be beneficial.
- Appreciation of the challenges of working in a highly regulated, complex organization, following rigorous brand guidelines is important.
- A collaborative team player, able to interpret complex briefs and work to tight deadlines
- Keen eye for detail and confident, effective written and verbal communication skills.
