What you’ll do


Within the Regional Network Deployment Team responsible for the delivery of upgrades, enhancements, capacity increases, reconfigurations and decommissions to Vodafone’s regional network.
Operate and manage a factory production line which accelerates Network deployment where standardisations and simplifications are at the heart of what we do.

Ensure delivery of flexible, efficient, and high-quality services at speed.

Champion a One Team approach across all team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.

Build a culture of diversity as a foundation of maximising the collective knowledge, skills and capabilities across the One Team.

Continuously drive delivery improvements by relentless, fearless, experimentation and testing of new ideas and concepts, learning fast and implementing quickly

Ensure effective and accurate recording and reporting to give the visibility and awareness required by stakeholders and sponsors.

Ensure effective use of the agreed escalation process to improve the delivery.

Further the image, promote best practice and demonstrate accountability of the Regional and National Network Deployment teams by developing strong, effective working relationships with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders


What will you be doing?


  • You will drive and continuously improve delivery of Regional Network deployment, via internal resource and partners in relation to time, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Escalation of all operational issues that relate to Regional and National Network Deployment processes and deliverables.
  • Manage delivery of all Vodafone deliverables and dependencies relating to Regional Network Deployment
  • Drive completion of Regional Network Deployment activities to completion and handover to Operations
  • Team leader accountabilities and will be SME for discipline


Who are we looking for?


  • Good understanding of the core technologies, systems, processes, and legislative framework that underpin Telecoms Networks with specific experience in at least one key function; Connectivity Services, Fibre Services, or Mobile Services.
  • Management experience in a Telecoms environment
  • Ability to establish influential, trust based relationships across the Vodafone Network Deployment team and with Partners to ensure a strong ‘One Team’ ethos
  • Proven professional experience, with a proven performance focus and drive and who can demonstrate a consistent track record of delivery
