Job Title: Full-time Sales Administrator and Design Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator and Design Assistant to join our team.
Supporting the Interior Designers, you will work on a range of projects, collectively working together for a broad range of discerning clients across the UK.
In this role you will be responsible for managing sales orders, producing kitchen layouts, elevations & details, along with assisting clients with fabrics, wallpaper and paint choices.
You will work closely with the two directors producing Mood Boards and currating Design options.
This will be a full-time permanent position, working between Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm from our showroom in Bedale North Yorkshire.
Role Requirements:
Highly proficient in working with AutoCAD, Adobe Suites and Microsoft Suites.
Highly proficient in producing technical drawings and using Photoshop.
High-level ability to communicate and also being able to handle conversations with tactfulness and grace.
Full UK drivers’ licence with access to own vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process sales orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- To keep the showroom tidy and greet customers with enthusiasm
- Communicate with customers to coordinate product delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
- Design bespoke kitchen layouts using Autocad.
- Produce Mood boards using Photoshop
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial consultation to final delivery and installation
- Liaise with contractors on site.
- Maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer information
- To keep the showroom tidy and greet customers with enthusiasm

Successful candidates invited to attend an interview will be required to demonstrate the above through a portfolio of completed projects managed within previous roles or Degree level or higher projects.
Salary from £22,000 depending on experience with a Nest Pension.
