Full Time, Night Shift

Summary


£36,300 up to £45,100* per annum (pro rata)(Including an extra £4 per hour while working between 00:00 and 05:00) - This role is offered as a 47.5 hour contract and a 40 hour contract.

This isn’t only being hands-on. This is being switched on.

Our Deputy Store Managers keep our stores running like clockwork, working on the shop floor with a driven team of Customer Assistants, Specialists and Shift Managers. We rely on our Deputy Store Managers to ensure the team is working efficiently to complete tasks accurately and on time.

You’ll be given great responsibility, ensuring the team alongside you stay motivated. You’ll be responsible for the store when the Store Manager’s away and be the first point of contact for customers and employees. What you'll do

  • Hold the keys for the store and be responsible for closing and opening again in the morning
  • Lead and motivate the team to work at pace and to their full potential every day
  • Check and unload deliveries, manage your team to ensure all stock is put out in time and the store is kept clean and tidy
  • Work to key store KPIs and follow procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety

What you'll need

  • Experience of leading a team to achieve targets in a fast paced environment
  • The ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate a team whilst also working alongside them
  • Willingness to work as a key part of the store team, completing daily tasks on every shift
  • A responsible approach to holding the store keys
