Job description
Our Operations Sales Team Leader helps us to shape our operations. You will manage the day-to-day activity of your team, ensuring we run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible to support the customer journey.
How will you do this?
Joining our busy operations department you will lead your own team. You will coach and motivate your team, making sure their performance stays on track through 1-2-1s.
With your experience of working in a similar area/role, you will be able to support your manager using your knowledge and skills in making sure the department delivers their objectives with a focus on customer outcomes. A natural people person, you will develop strong relationships with your team and other stakeholders across the business too.
Proactive in your approach you will produce accurate and timely information as required, including any ad-hoc job related tasks. You will be self-motivated and able to challenge your team members as well as those above you to drive good outcomes.
You will also:
- Consistently access call evaluations & the accuracy of policy processing
- Manage the performance of your team to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements
- Make accurate and informed decisions understanding the impact of situations at a department level
