Job description
Deputy Service Manager
The post holder will support the delivery of the 18 Weeks standard, Cancer Performance Standards and quality standards within the Long term and Unscheduled Care. They will work closely with the senior operations team to support capacity and demand planning and managing the implications for compliance with the relevant standards.
Good communication skills and being able to work with all levels of staff are crucial, with the ability to remain calm under pressure to meet deadlines.
