We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised team player to join us as a Clinical Deputy Manager at our Chapel House Nursing Home.

Chapel House delivers compassionate Nursing, dementia and respite care in a high quality and lively environment.

As Clinical Deputy Service Manager, you'll instil the ethos of person-centred care and support that sets us apart.

You'll be working in partnership with the Registered Home Manager. Deputising all leadership duties in the Registered home Managers absence.

You'll be a pivitol contact point and advice source for all staff and residents.

As a Clinical Deputy Home Manager you'll help to set the highest care standards and inspire a multidisciplinary team to focus on giving every resident the best possible quality of life.

You'll lead from the front by example and monitor high complaince standards through regular audits, Clinical Supervisions and keeping uptodate with regulatory guidance from our governing body.

You'll draw on your leadership and clinical skills to develop and deliver strategies that will help you achieve your goals, and the teams.

About You

To join us as a Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you'll need be:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
  • Have experience in helping residents with different health complexities.
  • Successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments.
  • We'll also look for some HR experience and an understanding of budget management.
  • Finally, you'll be compassionate, resilient and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.
