The Job*
Reporting to the general manager, the role will primarily support the areas of responsibility that encompass our important Touring Park business and liaising daily with Maintenance & Housekeeping departments to successfully meet role deliverables and in addition to a Duty Manager function. This role is diverse and likely to appeal to those who enjoy working outdoors and with a broad range of transferable skill sets.
The Offer
- Full Time - Permanent - 48hr Week - Annualised (includes working some weekends)
- Option (1) £27,000 per annum + 2 Bedroom Detached Lodge
- Option (2) £29,000 per annum - Live out
- Uniform is provided where appropriate

The Park & Location
Situated on North Northumberland’s beautiful coastline and overlooking the Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Bamburgh Castle you will find 5\* quality assured Waren Caravan & Camping Park. The park provides caravan holiday home ownership and holidays in hire accommodation caravans, wigwams and within a touring and camping park. Facilities include bar, restaurant, shop, outdoor pool and games room to name but a few. The core team at the park are well established and focused to always deliver excellent service to our holiday home owners and holiday guests. We are family owned business, we continually review, develop and invest in our people and our parks.
The Candidate

- Will ensure park and facilities standards and the quality of customer care within their area of responsibility is regularly measured and enhanced.
- Will be professional, and highly organised and critically able to lead from the front inspiring others and giving the broader team and their supervisor confidence while maximising business opportunities.
- Will be able to demonstrate their abilities, skills and knowledge in support of the role providing examples of situations, tasks, actions and results.
- Will be confident in their abilities and in facing new challenges.
Experience and knowledge in the following areas will be advantageous:
- Supervisory management experience to support the core functions of the role as highlighted in areas of responsibility
- Business acumen

- Able to make recommendation for improving
- Competent administrator in numeracy and literacy, thorough and detailed.

- Technical prowess
- A full UK driving license
