After a busy few years establishing ourselves (and becoming the no.1 most ordered item on Deliveroo in Manchester during lockdown) we’re now expanding to new areas of the UK! We have 4 sites in Manchester as well as Leeds and Liverpool but it's time to make the jump to London in partnership with NQ64. In such a challenging time in hospitality we continue to grow with success, providing great opportunities and a great organisation to get involved in.
A Deputy Manager is key to the smooth day to day running of their respective site. You will work alongside your General Manager to approach challenges dynamically and create solutions that will benefit the store. We will guide you along the way but let you run your store as if it were yours!
The role will be largely hands-on, kitchen based while supporting the General Manager with stock ordering and inventory management, hiring and training, maintaining brand standards and being the direct line-manager to your team.
