Client Accountant - Hemel Hempstead - Hybrid Working (1-2 Days in office) - Permanent
£28,000 - £32,000pa + Study Support & Benefits

Our client, an ambitious and well-respected business, is seeking a service change accountant to join their impressive team. The business offers a collaborative working environment with an excellent track record of promoting from within.

You will take on a varied position within a fast-paced environment. Reporting into the service charge manager you will assist in the budget preparation for service charges.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation and finalisation of service charge accounts
• Assisting with the development and training of the service charge team members
• Ensuring service charge accounts are issued in line with timescales
• Promoting the highest standards of quality and accuracy
• Assisting on simplifying processes
• Creating stronger relationships with the operational teams

The successful candidate will be a pro-active and credible finance professional with a strong track record in accounting roles. You will be a capable and confident communicator, able to motivate and engage team members.

You will possess excellent finance system awareness with a strong track of improving processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and talented finance professional to join a market leading business.
