Deputy Head Housekeeper - About you
- Previous experience in a similar position ideally within a 4 or 5 star hotel or equivalent
- Experience in managing a large team leading from the front
- Excellent training and communication skills within a managerial environment
- Keen eye for detail, exemplary organisational skills and you will be well presented
Key responsibilities of the Deputy Head Housekeeper
- Be confident in deputising for the Head Housekeeper in their absence
- Take ownership of answering day to day issues relating to room queries via both email and telephone
- To organise the daily room cleaning schedules and rotas for all teams
- Able to prioritise workload effectively and ability to work in a busy environment
- Strive to provide 5 star service to all guests whilst maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness at all times
- Work under pressure to ensure the monitoring of standards for all of our suites and luxury Treehouses
- Work in an efficient manner with all computer systems and administration
