If you’re looking for an exciting new challenge, we may have the perfect job for you. The Clinical Support Services Division is looking for a highly motivated and high performing professional to join our management team as the Deputy Divisional Operations Director.

The Deputy Divisional Operations Director will work closely with the Divisional Triumvirate to ensure delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient services across a wide portfolio of service including among others: Imaging, Therapies, Pathology and Pharmacy. They will lead on the delivery of operational performance targets, financial balance and the development and transformation of services in line with best practice standards. The Deputy Director will also take a leading role in the Eastern Pathology Alliance and will have opportunities to work within both regional imaging and pathology networks.

Other key tasks of the post will include the development of strategic and operational plans, in line with the requirements of the Divisional Triumvirate. Collation of departmental key performance indicators, writing of business cases as and when required of the department, and assistance with delivery of projects in conjunction with the Divisional Operations Director.
